INCOM Corporation’s history goes back to 1991, when INCOM Real Estate agency and Moscow Central Real Estate Exchange (MCREE) were established. The companies had quickly joined the ranks of leaders of Moscow regional real estate market. In 2001, parity merger of two companies has led to establishment of the largest player in the Russian real estate market, INCOM-Real Estate Corporation (INCOM Corporation since 2007).
In 2007 INCOM launched the new brand, Villagio Estate, consolidating company’s de luxe projects. Now there are more than 10 elite villages based in Moscow region. Most of them are located on the Novorizhskoe highway. Since 2007 the company has developed almost 1000 ha of the territory and built more than 2 000 cottages and townhouses. Company projects are highly-rated by professional communities. The most famous one, Millennium Park, won a silver medal at FIABCI Prix d’Excellence — one of the most prestigious international development project awards.
Today, INCOM Corporation is a leading real estate company of Russia and one of the largest full-service investmentreal estate development holding companies employing ca. 11 thousand persons. Currently, the Corporation activities are focused on two lines of business: providing of real estate brokerage services in Moscow area and construction of low-rise residential complexes in Moscow suburbs and in the city of Krasnoyarsk (west central Siberia).
Over 19 years of its operations, INCOM Corporation has made a considerable progress: the company has invested in construction of 1 mln. m² of countryside dwelling, the number of real estate deals concluded amounts to ca. 600 thousand. The company is a permanent member of such professional organizations as Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR) and Moscow Association of Realtors.
According to Forbes and Finance magazines’ rankings, INCOM Corporation is one of the largest private Russian companies operating in Russian real estate market. The Company is regularly awarded with professional and public awards for its activities, in particular, INCOM Corporation was the first representative of the real estate market, which has been awarded the honorary title People’s Choice/ Brand No. 1 (Narodnaya Marka/Marka No. 1) in Russia on the results of a nationwide voting.
