Villagio Estate - branded elite countryside projects

Renaissance Park

The new Renaissance Park residential estate completes the range of de luxe class cottage projects by Villagio Estate. This suburban complex next to a scenic wood comprises over 350 elegant villas. The essential capital works in the project have been completed: all the utility lines have been arranged, the driveways have been built, the entry gate has been set up. Two lines of houses have been implemented, over 3 000 pines have been planted, the park is under construction.

The new «Empire» and «Deco» cottage collections were designed specifically for this estate, combining lightness of visual solutions and elaborate decoration. Recreational areas have been given an increased focus. Following the best traditions of Italian gardens, the park of the estate will boast cascade fountains, elegant sculpture and flowerbeds.

Two wide parkways lead to a big lake, its shores lined with a golden-sanded beach. There will be latticework gazebos, children’s playgrounds, sports grounds, and a restaurant. The estate’s residents can use the infrastructure of the neighboring estates of the Villagio Privilege Club network. Millennium Park

Millennium Park luxury residential estate is unprecedented in Russia. Scenic canals totaling 5 km turn its territory into a Moscow Venice. In 2012, the complex won a silver medal at FIABCI Prix d’Excellence — one of the most prestigious international development project awards. It was the first time in the longstanding history of the award
when a Russian residential project was awarded by the international jury.

Over 30 ha of the Millennium Park territory are occupied by recreational areas: walkways, sculpture decorated canal embankments, and five theme parks centered around the cultural heritage of various countries and eras — from Barcelona’s fountains to elements of Classical architecture.

A child care center operates in Millennium Park. It is planned to build a restaurant, a sports and entertainment center, children’s playground structures, and a mini-market.

Greenfield

Greenfield village is devoid of a sense of crowdedness, which is intrinsic to majority of country-house villages: its residential quarters are separated by recreational areas and wide boulevards. Owing to a thoroughly planned development concept, designers have managed to decrease almost twofold the housing density: almost half a hectare of private and village territory per house in Greenfield.

A picturesque lake with an elegant riverside restaurant is located in the village center. Along with a central park, there are several other recreational areas in the territory of the village: a stone and flower garden, a labyrinth of clipped bushes, a park with streams and fountains. Majestic watch towers, fountains with gothic sculptures, grottos, umbrageous bowers and cozy pavilions harmonically blend with gorgeous landscape of the village. A tennis court, two restaurants, children’s playgrounds, and sports grounds have been built in the village territory.

Greenfield village won the gold Independent National award in the category ‘Elite village of the Year 2006’. All the residences of the Greenfield housing estate are move-in ready.

Monteville

A new complex of townhouses Futuro Park is the eleventh project in the Villagio Estate portfolio. Futuro Park architectural concept was shaped by the best examples of Russian avant-garde and the latest European trends in layout design. Living spaces are designed ergonomically, minimizing non-functional space. Veneer panels and natural stone are used in exterior decoration; panoramic windows add light and air to interior space. Park Fonte

Park Avenue

The first low-rise project in Villagio Estate portfolio combines two high-demand housing types: townhouses and apartments. The design of this housing complex is based upon the traditions of Frank Lloyd Wright’s organic architecture. Outer walls are done in natural colours; floor-to-ceiling windows create an impression of additional space. The premium-class low-rise houses and townhouses are made entirely of brick; wood, travertine and stone
are used in decoration.

Special priority was accorded to landscaping and public amenities. There will be two parks at the disposal of Park Avenue residents. The first one, 5 ha in area, will separate the quarters of townhouses and suites, while the second one will be located between the buildings with studio apartments. The concept of park ensembles is inspired by the best landscaping solutions implemented in Millennium Park, Monteville, and Greenfield residential estates.

Park Avenue infrastructure includes playgrounds, a premium-class restaurant, a football feed and a private kindergarten.
