Futuro Park

A new complex of townhouses Futuro Park is the eleventh project in the Villagio Estate portfolio. Futuro Park architectural concept was shaped by the best examples of Russian avant-garde and the latest European trends in layout design. Living spaces are designed ergonomically, minimizing non-functional space. Veneer panels and natural stone are used in exterior decoration; panoramic windows add light and air to interior space. Accessible roof area and a roomy terrace provide additional space which can be easily converted into cosy leisure zones.

Futuro Park has a rich infrastructure: on the territory of the complex, there will be a park, a kindergarten and a primary school, a medical center and a spa complex, and indoor swimming pool and tennis courts, restaurants and a shop, as well as a multilevel car park and a helipad for emergency services.

Park Fonte

Highly refined three-storey townhouses Park Fonte seem inspired by the beauty of natural landscapes. Exterior home décor, made from stone, perfectly matches the picturesque scenery. Large glass surfaces are created to make the barrier between interiors and outside area barely invisible. Impressive corner windows in several houses look out over the park and lake.

These are magnificent houses with airy open spaces, high ceiling and multipurpose flat roofing. They are offered with its own back yard decorated by live fencing bushes and well-groomed lawn. Park Fonte infrastructure involves a private kindergarten and a nice café, situated just on the lake shore.

Park Avenue

The first low-rise project in Villagio Estate portfolio combines two high-demand housing types: townhouses and apartments. The design of this housing complex is based upon the traditions of Frank Lloyd Wright’s organic architecture. Outer walls are done in natural colours; floor-to-ceiling windows create an impression of additional space. The premium-class low-rise houses and townhouses are made entirely of brick; wood, travertine and stone
are used in decoration.

Special priority was accorded to landscaping and public amenities. There will be two parks at the disposal of Park Avenue residents. The first one, 5 ha in area, will separate the quarters of townhouses and suites, while the second one will be located between the buildings with studio apartments. The concept of park ensembles is inspired by the best landscaping solutions implemented in Millennium Park, Monteville, and Greenfield residential estates.

Park Avenue infrastructure includes playgrounds, a premium-class restaurant, a football feed and a private kindergarten.

Little Scotland economy class townhouse village

Located on 14th km down Leningradskoye highway, not far away from Pikino village, Little Scotland complex is the largest economy class countryside townhouse village in Moscow region: in an area of 37 hectares, 682 flats to be built, while total area of housing space to exceed 100,000 m².

Despite that sales of flats in Little Scotland have begun only in March 2008, 300 blocks with a total area of 50,000 m² have been already built by spring of 2009. Ready flats are two-storeyed open-plan blocks with total area of 164 and 213 m² with an allotted plot of up to 7 hundred square meters. Apartments are offered ready to individual interior finishing.

The village residents have ample opportunities for leisure activities. Tennis courts, volleyball and football grounds, children’s adventure playgrounds will be built in the village territory.
