Design and construction department is the main construction unit of INCOM Corporation. Among its achievements are building of economy and business class deluxe single-family house villages, as well as such dwellings as townhouses. Wide experience of turnkey construction of some houses, office buildings, shopping and leisure and medical centers, as well as sports facilities, allow us to successfully and qualitatively filling orders simultaneously on several sites. Comprehensive approach, from development of design and budget documentation to commissioning of houses and facilities, their functioning according to full-service principle, material and technical basis, permanent quality control of materials manufactured, well-established supply of construction materials and improving of construction technologies allow satisfying to the fullest extent requirements of the customers and implementing of even most difficult projects. Currently, the department includes a production complex consisting of 8 shops: concrete mixing unit, pavestone manufacturing, foamed plastic figured carving, color blending, concrete decorative items, woodworking, decorative wrought iron items, site hut manufacturing shops, as well as a vehicle fleet numbering over 200 units, which ensure high quality and observation of construction timeframe.
