Pines elite village was the first development project of INCOM Corporation outside Moscow region. It was launched in 2004 and is unique not only for Krasnoyarsk territory, but also for the Eastern Siberia on the whole.
The village, which concept is based on building technologies of best elite Moscow-region villages, is built in a relict pine forest on the side of Yenisei river. Countryside houses located in a picturesque forest, correspond, in the best way possible, to the principle of privacy and seclusion. Along the perimeter of the village and estate borders, a fence has been put organically blending into surrounding landscape. There are internal paved roads laid in the village ensuring easy access to each plot. Landscaping works are underway in the territory. There are areas of rest and walks provided for village residents and made in a single architectural style.
In 2007, Pines village was recognized the best single-family house village of Krasnoyarsk territory.
Udachny business class residential complex is under construction in Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk. It includes 297 townhouses and 120 flats in mediumrise houses. Total housing space of residential district will amount to ca. 80,000 m².
Udachny residential district is one of the most uptodate housing complexes in Krasnoyarsk. The area of townhouses is 130 to 190 m², area of flats up to 150 m². In upper storeys of houses will be located two-level flats with an area of ca. 300 m². Much attention is given to improvement of the territory of the residential complex: a boulevard will be laid out here, a cascade of ponds and children’s playgrounds will be built.
